Commercial real estate practitioners in South Carolina are able to input property data once and have it simultaneously published to multiple personal and company web sites, as well as Catylist.com, the national commercial property online database.

Participation is open to all commercial real estate practitioners, and participants retain ownership of the data. The system enables participants to assemble, in real time, detailed property-marketing packages including:

  • More than 200 fields of information, tailored to each property type
  • Multiple photos with captions
  • Audio/video files and 360-degree tours
  • Site maps, blueprints, floor plans, site plans, plat maps, topo maps, and aerials
  • Password-protected documents
  • Suite availability and tenant profiles
  • Geo-coded street maps

Cost is $24 per month for S.C.A.R. members.
